What it is for

How it works

Models add shake to sell the speed, which destroys the look. Ban shake, drift and wobble, and ask for a dead steady frame through the whole move.

The second failure is a slow, smooth move with no violence in it. Name the acceleration and the hard stop, because the speed is half the shot.

A third problem is a path with no object to pass. The speed only reads against something close, so put the camera near a surface at some point in the move.

A fourth problem is a frame that never gets close. The arm exists to pass near things at speed, so give it a surface, an edge or a gap to travel past.
