Floating Fall
A body drifts and turns in dark space with no ground.

What it is for
A body turns slowly in dark space with no floor, no ceiling and no horizon. There is no up, so there is no falling and no rising either.
Losing the reference is what unsettles people. The audience keeps looking for a line to orient against and the frame refuses to give them one.
How it works
Remove the horizon, as the note says. Any straight line in frame, a wall edge, a lit floor, a band of sky, immediately tells the eye which way is down and the drift becomes a fall.
The rotation is slow and it is around more than one axis. A body tumbling at a constant rate on a single axis reads as mechanical. A slow turn that also tips reads as weightless.
Fabric and hair trail behind the movement and settle late. That lag is most of the weightlessness, because it says the air and the body are moving at different rates.
When to use it
Use it for space, for water with no visible surface, for a dream, and for a death or a disappearance where the character comes loose from the world.
Skip it when the audience needs to track position. Nothing in the shot says where anybody is, which is the point and also the limitation.
Told apart from its neighbours
Levitation keeps the ground in frame and takes gravity off the person. A floating fall takes the ground away from the shot altogether, so gravity has nothing to act against.
The test is whether there is a horizon. A visible floor is levitation. No floor and no line anywhere is a floating fall.
On film
Gravity (2013) puts bodies in slow multi-axis turns against black with no horizon available, and the moments that frighten are the ones where the frame takes away the last reference.

The prompt
Replace the blanks, keep the rest. Then run it on a video model.
<subject> floating and turning in dark space, weightless drift, fabric trailing slowly, no ground and no horizon
What goes wrong
A ground plane or a horizon line appears and the drift becomes a fall. Say there is no ground, no horizon and no up in the frame.
The second failure is a fast tumble. Ask for a slow turn on more than one axis, with fabric trailing and settling late.
Leave out
ground plane, fast fall
Watch for
Remove the horizon. Any reference line turns drifting into falling.
