What photos do I need?

Two things: one photo of the person to dress, and at least one photo of the clothing. The person photo sets the face, the pose, the body, and the background, and all four of those carry through to the result. The garment photos set what the person wears. You can send up to six garment photos in one run.

Can I put a whole outfit on in one run?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send a top, a bottom, and a jacket as separate garment photos, up to six in one run. P-Image Try-On layers them on the same person in one pass, so no edit undoes the one before it. You cannot set the layering order, and the model decides how the pieces stack. Send the result back in as the person photo when you need to add a piece on top of a layering the model got right.

Does it keep the person's face and body?

Yes. That is the point of the model. The face, the hair, the pose, the body shape, and the background stay as they were, and only the clothing changes. Every shot keeps the same person in the same place, which is what makes a set of results work as a catalogue. The result shows how a garment looks on that person. It does not predict how a size fits them, so never present it as a fit guide.

What kind of garment photo works best?

A clean product shot of the single item, front on, with the whole garment in frame. A flat lay on a plain background, a ghost-mannequin shot, or a studio cutout all work well. Crop out other clothing, hangers, and props, because anything else in the frame can reach the result. One garment per photo gives the model the clearest instruction.

Which kinds of clothing work best?

Tops, bottoms, dresses, outerwear, and layered sets are what the model is built for. Footwear is the least consistent, because the shape and the placement drift. Bags, hats, and neckwear can land in the wrong place when the background is busy. Eyewear, handheld items, gloves, and stacked jewelry sit outside what the model handles. Keep those pieces in the original photo, or add them in a separate edit.

What does Turbo do?

Turbo runs the model in a faster mode, and it trades some fidelity for that speed. Pruna AI does not recommend Turbo with more than four garments, because it can miss a piece or soften detail. Use it for single-garment passes over a large catalogue. Turn it off for a full outfit, and for the shot you publish.

What does the optional note do?

It tells the model which item to take from a busy photo. Write 'the green t-shirt from image 1' when a garment photo holds more than one piece. The note is an experimental control, so a clean single-item photo is still the surer route. It does not move the pose or the background, because those come from the person photo.

Why does a large photo cost more than a small one?

P-Image Try-On bills two ways at once. There is a charge for the run, and a rate for every megapixel of the photos you send in. The person photo and every garment photo count toward that total. A six-garment run costs more than a one-garment run. A 24 megapixel camera file costs more than a 2 megapixel web image. Resize the inputs to roughly the size you want back and the run stays cheap.

What size and format does the result come back in?

The result keeps the dimensions of the person photo, so a portrait crop comes back as a portrait crop. Pick JPG, PNG, or WEBP in the composer. JPG suits shop listings and email. PNG keeps maximum quality. WEBP sits between the two and loads fast on a product page.

Can I use the results on a shop listing?

Yes, once the inputs are cleared. The output keeps the rights of the photos you put in. You need the right to the garment photo and the right to the person's likeness. Use your own product shots and a model with a signed release. Do not dress a person who has not agreed to it.
